Marina Bay New Year Countdown 2006-2007

Fireworks show at Singapore's Marina Bay celebrates the coming new year of 2007 which was my first new year staying and working here. I took the shot near the soon to rise Marina Bay Sands Intergrated Resort. I got my shoes muddy all for the sake of finding a good location, so that my photo buddy Paulo and I won't go thru the crowded Esplanade Bridge with other shutterbugs. As what the pros say, location is important in photography. Yeah right, I got my rubber shoes in the mud..hahaha...well it's true, location does play an important part in photography.

It's the photographer who makes an image, not a camera.
